El Regreso....

In San Pedro, Honduras my Visa card stopped working..not enough money..heh..but we made it to the Nicaraguan border. There we got a ride to the next city, where I managed to get 200 Cordobas from the bank..and got on the express to Managua. On the way the driver told us that we´ll be to too late for the last bus to Rivas from Managua., but we could get off in Tipitapa, and catch the same bus from there..so we did..but there are no bus leaving from Tipitapa to Rivas...so we went to Masaya.....but we were too late for the last bus to Rivas...ups! :) After waiting for a while we finally got a ride to Rivas..only, the guys had a party to go to first at Chepe Chu..a truck stop..so we joined them. They told us they had arranged to meet their brothers and cousins there, to celebrate Nicaraguan poetry and revolution...you can only imagine how it was..it was suuuupeeeer!!!! We sat there singing revolutionary songs for hours, hand had some pretty lively discussions, great! At 1 am we finally arrived at the NPH office in San Jorge..it was so late that we were too embarrassed to wake up anyone for a room..so the guard opened the mini bus and we slept there for the night.Went back to the island with the first ferry next morning. The kids were so happy to see us, they came running towards us and we got hug attacked , they had even made us a welcome home poster, very nice! :)
